HOW TO ORDER

Designing and mailing your wedding stationery should be a special experience. I’m here to make that happen. 

In the ocean of options I will be your navigator. Think of me as Google Maps for paper goods. Below you will find my process, and rest assured I will guide and assist you every step of the way.

01/ Explore

Browse through the collections and choose a suite that speaks to your personal aesthetic. You may choose a complete suite or individual pieces.

 

02/ Inquire

We will provide you with an individual quote based on your selections, design goals, estimated budget, timeline, and your print quantities. 

You will be able to customize your invitations by choosing paper type, paper color, print methods and in some cases, mix & matching inserts from different suites.

Keep in mind that as a boutique studio, I am only able to work with a few clients at a time, on a first-come-first-serve basis so I recommend booking your project well in advance.

 

03/ Consultation

I will be here to navigate you at every step of the way. After your quote has been sent, I offer a complimentary phone or video consultation which gives you the chance to ask questions or even share ideas!

 

04/ Booking

If you decide to move forward after reviewing the quote, I will issue an invoice of 25% of the total cost as a retainer and a contract to be signed.

After that, you will be booked on my calendar and the real fun begins!

The payment is structured in 3 parts:

  • 25% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking

  • 50% at the start of customization phase

  • 25% at the start of production phase

Shipping will be added separately at the end of the project.

05/ Content

Each love story is unique and special. Let’s put that on paper! As soon as your contract/payment is confirmed, I will reach out to collect all the information needed to start the project.

This might include a short questionnaire, as well as all the relevant details of your wedding. We will then discuss in more detail the customisations, embellishments, and timelines. 

 

06/ Design

The design process begins once I have all the information needed. I will then follow up within 5 to 10 business days with a digital proof featuring your unique selections. You will receive up to 2 complimentary revisions for minor edits to text, layout and colors, and one final design proof, to approve the layout before proceeding to print. 

At this point you will receive the second invoice of your quote. Fulfilling the payment is necessary to start your customizations.

 

07/ Print Production

Once the final proof is approved, your design will be sent to print. Digital printing takes 2-3 weeks, letterpress/foil printing takes 3-4 weeks. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks if Embellish items are added. Your goods will be shipped upon completion.

At this point you will receive the last invoice of your quote. Fulfilling the payment will release the print production.

 

08/ Shipping

As soon as your order is packed and weighed, I will send you shipping options and costs. Once the shipping invoice is settled your order will ship with a confirmation number.
